100% waterproof bolt-on waterproof fender pack made from 1000D Cordura® 2.5L (150 cu in) capacity – ideal for safety equipment, small tools, dry gloves, etc. Innovative ‘flush’ alloy fasteners included (see fitting).
Ultra-tough Rhinotek fabric on base with 4 x heavy-duty rivets. All fasteners for dirtbike fender are included (see fitting). Pack also has a removable (hook and loop) waterproof liner for cleaning or replacement.
FITTING:
Remove the white liner (hook and loop, top edge) and remove the packaging bag. Included with the Rally pack are 4 x alloy/stainless fasteners with nylon spacer washers. The product packaging is designed to be used as a drilling guide.
Line up the guide on the rear fender and drill 4 x 6mm diameter holes. Use the optional nylon washers to ensure that the threaded fastener is below the alloy fastener's top surface (which prevents damage to the internal waterproof liner/foam). Tighten anti-clockwise and always use thread lock. Allow 24 hours to dry.
