Step 1: Measure Yourself
Your measurements will be most accurate if someone else measures you.

Chest / Bust
Measure the circumference of your chest at the fullest part. Under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and around the front of your chest.

Shoulder 
Measure the space between your shoulder points.

Sleeve
Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, over the top of your shoulder down to the point where you want your cuff to sit.
