Do you have special discount?

-Yes, it’s possible. We suggest sign up to our newsletter to get special deals or you can contact us at support@americanlegendrider.com

 

What’s your timeframe after I order?

-We will process your order within 2 business days (unless it’s a made to order), delivery normally takes a few business days after processing but can be up to 15+ business days.

 

Do you offer expedite shipping on holidays?

-Yes, we do. However, we need to consider courier’s business hours during holidays too. We suggest order ahead of time to receive your order on or before the holidays.

 

What if I’m not home during the delivery?

-We suggest that you provide us a delivery address where anyone can receive it on your behalf. However, if no one is really available during delivery normally the courier will leave your order in the nearest post office.

 

Can I send my order to someone as a gift?

-Yes, of course. We would love to help you with that. Please put the address of the person you would like to receive your order in the shipping address when you purchase.

 

When is the best time to order before the holiday?

-The earlier the better so we can avoid any holiday delays. Order at least 3-4 business weeks(unless it’s a made to order product)  before the holidays.
