Daytona Helmets is a genuine American helmet brand trusted by riders for decades, and the Glide is one of its most popular DOT approved modular helmets. This is the factory outer shield, molded to the exact curvature of the Glide shell so it seals correctly, locks positively, and moves through its detents the way it did on day one. A worn or scratched shield is the cheapest safety upgrade you can make, because clear vision is everything at speed.
Scratch Resistant and Pinlock 70 Ready
Every shield ships with a factory applied scratch resistant coating that stands up to bug strikes, gloved wipe downs, and daily cleaning. It is also Pinlock 70 ready, so you can add the Pinlock P 70 anti fog lens for cold weather and rainy day riding. The Pinlock lens is sold separately.

- Clear: maximum light for night rides and low light conditions
- Smoke: cuts daytime glare while keeping natural color

Fit and Installation
This replacement outer shield fits the Daytona Glide modular helmet only. Installation is quick and tool free: open the shield fully, release the side mounts, and click the new shield into place.
